The eighth camp day

On the 13th of june our eight camp day begins. We ask students to write about: "How I defend my right if there is misunderstanding?" First we give example to the students and then they write their opinion about it and discuss. Then students write their opinion on the computer in two languages, English and Azerbaijani.

Hər bir qadının öz hüquqları vardır.Və hər bir qadın öz hüquqlarından istifadə etməyi bacarmalıdır.Qadınların bəziləri yoldaşlarından xəbərsiz çolə cıxırlar, sonra isə döyülürlər. Lakin bu düzgün deyil. Qadınlar öz hüquqlarını qorumaği bacarmalıdırlar. Mənim fikrimcə bəzi insanlarda və mənim özümdə də belə bir sual yaranır: Niyə qadınlar səs vermirlər? Həmişə kişilər səs verir, niyə? Məncə qadınlar da səs verməlidirlər.

 Each woman has her own right. And every woman has to benefit from her own right.  For instance: They go out without saying their husband and they are beaten by them.

But it is not right. Women can protect their own rights. He must deal with their own rights. Such questions arise to me and some people. Why the women do not vote? Why all time the men can vote? In my mind women have to vote.

Mən  əvvəlcə bu hüquq pozuntusunu danışma  yolu ilə    həll  edə bilərəm.   Məsələn: atam məni məktəbə  getməyə qoymur. Deyərəm ki, hər bir uşağın  oxumaq  hüququ  var. Valideynlərim  məni  həyətə  düşməyə  qoymurlar.  O  zaman  mən öz hüquqlarımı qoruyaraq  deyərəm:

Hər bir uşağın həyətə  düşməyə  və azad  hərəkət  etmə  hüququ var...     

                                                                                                                     

At first I would solve these problems by negotiation. For   example: my father does not let me to go to school. I would say that every child has the right to study. My parents don’t let me to go out.

Protecting my rights I’ll say. 

Every child   has the rights to act freely and play.

Dünyada müxtəlif xasiyyətli insanlar var. Hər bir insanın özünəməxsus xasiyyəti var.

Kimi yaxsi, kimi isə pis xasiyyətlidir.Yaxşı xasiyyətli insanlar hər bir kəsə öz hüquqlarından istifadə etməyə imkan verir. Pis xasiyyətli insanlar isə yalnız öz mənafelərini güdürlər. Onlar başqalarının hüquqlarından istifadə edərək öz işlərini yoluna qoyurlar və beləliklə hüquq pozğunluğu yaranır. Lakin hec bir kəsin başqasının hüququnu pozmağa, tapdaq altına salmağa ixtiyarı yoxdur. Lakin buna baxmayaraq çox zaman özündən razı insanlar digər insanların hüquqlarını tapdaq altına atırlar. Əgər dünyada, ölkəmizdə, və yaxud səhərimizdə hüquq anlaşılmazlığı və ya hüquq pozğunluğu olarsa mən heç bir zaman öz hüquqlarımın pozulmasına imkan verməzdim. Çünki bunlar mənim özümün şəxsi hüquqlarımdır və bu hüquqları pozmağa heç kimin ixtiyarı yoxdur. Mən bu layihədə öz hüquqlaqrım və qadın hüquqları haqqında çox şey öyrəndim və bu öyrəndiklərimi həyata keçirəcəyimə söz verirəm. Hətta bacardığım qədər başqalarının da hüquqlarını qoruyacağam.  

 Many people live in the world in different character. Each person has his or her own character. Who has good, who has bad character. People in good character give chance to

everyone to use his or her own rights, but people in bad character doesn’t give chance to everyone to use his or her own rights.  People in bad character try to use the other’s right for their interest. And by this way there is misunderstanding between the people. But nobody has right to use others’ right. Though it is so sometimes there is a person to use others’ right and there is violence. If I face in such position I can’t let for that, because it is my own right and nobody can use it. I learned lots about woman right in this camp and will do my best to help others’. Also will try to protect others’ rights.

Bizim öz  hüquqlarımız vardır. Həmçinin uşaqların da. Hər bir uşağın hüququ eynidir, o hüquqlar bunlardır: valideynləri olsun, öz evi, və getməyə məktəbi olsun, uşaq öz hüquqlarını bilsin. Lakin elə uşalar var ki, valideynlərinin verdiyi qararla razılaşmalı olur. Hətta elə uşaqlar vadir ki, onlar özləri belə oxumaq istəmirlər. Onlar gənc yaşlarında nigaha girmək istəyirlər – esasən də qızlar. 

We have got our own rights. Also the children. Every child has the same rights, their rights. They have right to have parents, home to live, school to go and every child need to know his or her right. But there are children that obliged to agree with their parents thought.  Also there are children that they themselves don’t want to go to school. They want to marry so early, especially the girls.

Hər bir insanın özünəməxsus hüququ olduğu kimi mənim də öz hüququm var. Ilk növbədə onu söyləmək istərdim ki, bizdə hüquq anlaşılmazlığı müxtəlif səbəblərdən ola bilər; təhsil almamaq, evdən çölə çıxmamaq, dostlarınla həyətdə oynamamaq və s.

Bəzi uşaqlar da var ki, onlara qarşı hüquq anlaşılmazlığı olmasına onlar göz yumurlar.Yalnız mən elə deyiləm. Əgər mənə qarşı hüquq anlaşılmazlığı olarsa mən özümü müdafiə edərdim.  

Əgər atam məni təhsil almağa qoymazsa mən öz hüquqlarımı qoruyardım.

Biz öz hüquqlarımızın pozulmasına imkan verməməliyik.

As every person has a special right, I have my own right too. First of all I’d like to say that there will be various reasons for misunderstanding of rights; to study, not go out,   not to play with friends, etc.

There are some children that they will not be against the violation of the law, they agree with it. In case of violation of the law against me, I would protect my own right. We should not allow the violation of our rights.

Mən şadam ki, rayonumuzun ən yaxşı məktəbində- Ismayıllı şəhər 1 saylı tam orta məktəbin 6-cıi sinifdə oxuyuram.

Biz məktəbli şagirdlərin öz hüquqları və vəzifələri var. Mən bu hüquq və vəzifələrimlə məktəbli kitabçasının arxa səhifəsindən məlumatlanmışam. Bildiyimiz kimi 1 iyun uşaq hüquqlarının müdafiəsi günüdür.

 Uşaq hüquqları konvensiyasından bilirəm ki, bu gün bizim təhsil almağa məktəbdə pulsuz oxumag kimi gözəl hüquqlarımız var. Amma mən öz hüquqlarımız haqqında daha çox öyrənmək istəyirəm. Hüquqlarımızı bilmək və onu qorumaq üçün ilk növbədə savadlı olmalı, dərslərimizi yaxsi oxumalıyıq.  Hüquqlarımızın müdafiəsi üçün ilk növbədə uşaq hüquqlarını öyrənmək, onu böyüklərlə birlikdə müzakirə etməliyik, diskusyalar aparmalıyıq. Biz məktəbdə keçirilən debatlardan, diskusyalardan, və belə yay düşərgələrindən çox şey öyrənirik. Çünki bizlər gələcəyin hüquqşünasları, alimləriyik.  Pozulan uşaq, qadın ümuiyyətlə insan hüquqlarını müdaifə etmək üçün ilk növbədə oxumaq lazımdır. Peyğəmbərimiz buyurub: “Elimi beşikdən qəbrədək öyrən”.

I am very glad that I am the 6^th form student of Ismailli schoo#1 named after Israil Hasanov which is the best school in our region.

As schoolchildren we have our rights and duties. I’ve been informed about my rights from student book. We know that the 1^st of June is the international children’s. From the convention on the rights of the child l know that we have the right to study at the secondary school without payment. But I want to know lots about our right. To know our right and protect it we need to be well educated, study well and be very active.  ln order to protect our rights we should learn the convention of the children, discuss it with our parents and teachers. We learn lots from such meetings, discussions, debates at school and such summer camps which organized at school by our teachers. We are the lawyers, scientists of the future. In order to protect the right for the first time we need to study well. Our prophet said:   ”Learn from cradle to the grave”.

 Əgər hüquq anlaşılmazlığı olsaydı mən özümü   necə müdafiə edərdim.

Mən bu zaman öz   hüquqlarımı deyərdim.   Əgər hər şey belə olarsa onda hər şey yaxşı olacaq. Hər bir kəs həyatda azaddir.   Şübhəsiz qadınlar da. Qadınlar həm zərif, həm də güclü varlıqdırlar. Onlar öz hüquqlarını kitabrdan öyrənə bilərlər. Biz hər zaman lazım olduqda öz hüquqlarımızı tələb etməliyik.  Biz özümüzü həmişə müdafiə etməliyik.

At first I would tell my rights.  If everything will be like this, then everything will be well.  Each   person is free.  No doubt, the women too. Women are graceful, at the same time they are   strong. They can learn their rights from the books.  We must demand our rights when we need. We must always defend our rights.

Bütün insanlar öz hüquqlarını qorumalıdır. Əgər bir insanın hüquqları tapdalanırsa, o, hüquqlarını yenidən əldə etməlidir.

Uşağın da hüququ var. Ona təhsil almaq hüququ verilir. Lakin bəzi adamlar uşaqları təhsil almağa qoymur onu işə göndərir. Bu zaman uşağın hüquqları tapdalanır.

Biz buna yol verməməliyik öz hüquqlarımızı qorumalıyıq.

All people must protect their rights. If a person’s rights are trampled, he must try to gain his or her rights. The child has the rights too.

He has the right to study. But some people don’t let the children studying. They are trampled the child’s rights. We must protect our rights.
